    The key areas ofresponsibility are asfollows:

    • Increase AUM NetSales and Market Share of theBranch
    • Channel management across IFAs National Distributors andBanks
    • Ensure standards of CustomerService and Compliance are met at theBranch
    • Monitoring the servicing ofclients with regard to their payments redemptions and specificqueries
    Knowledge& EssentialSkills:
    • Abilityto think through & implement necessary strategies to ensurehealthy shares in theregion
    • Relationship skills necessaryto manage highend distributors &investors.
    • Indepth knowledge of theMF industry products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt /ETFs)
    • High Enthusiasm &Aggression
    • Team ManagingSkills
    • Pleasing personality& an excellent communicationskills
    Academics:
    • MinimumQualification: Fulltime Graduation;MBA
    Remarks:
    • Aperson with experience in handling IFAs and NDs in terms of largenumbers would bepreferred
