    Job Responsibilities

    Optimizes work productivity by effectively scheduling & allocating all available resources (staff, material) under his/ her control. Ensures constant adherence to organizational standards in hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, fittings and fixtures of the area under his/ her control. Ensures guest requirements and requests are promptly and efficiently responded to achieve customer satisfaction.
    • Ensures that all housekeeping equipment's, guest room/ public areas fittings and fixtures are safe for guest use.

    Job Requirements

    Research and Analyse

    Profit optimization analysis & doing Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics of the hotels performance & suggesting deep dive into the issues

    Drive strategic initiatives for the region – facilitate, follow up and monitor, hereby contributing to improving performance financial & operational

    Document Controlling and Database Management

    File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports

    Document, Compile, Transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings

    Presentation, Business Communication & Customer Relations

    Assists the Area Director by compiling details for presenting to the higher management by putting together reports & presentations

    Responsible for preparing business presentations, reports & teasers

    Ensures Customer Relations: Existing and Prospective

    Coordinates internal review meeting , assisting Area Director in follow ups with GMs to update documentation of business information

    Administration and Internal Process

    Co-ordinate with various team heads for MIS, other monthly activities

    Prepare meeting minutes and draft presentations

    Data Input for various business requirements
