Executive Assistant - Mumbai, India - Thermo Fisher Scientific

Description

· Responsible for day-to-day office activities for designated Director(s)

· Schedule and plan meeting and appointments. Publish minutes of meetings and required follow ups

· Crafting, maintaining, and entering information into databases including customer contacts , ensuring accuracy and validity of information

· Manage calendar for designated Director

· Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed

· Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail

· Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons and employee team building activities or special projects

· Assist designated leaders in expense claim procedure ensuring timeliness and accuracy

· Engaging with vendors & visitors in office

· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

· Manage conference room booking/meeting space

· Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

Graduate in any stream-

Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an reporting directly - to senior management

Excellent in MS Office

High ability to comprehend, highly organized and ability to multi task
