    Senior Business Development Manager

    to join our team in Delhi, NCR.

    About EduMENTOREduMENTOR is amongst Delhi's largest Test Prep service providers. Spread across 18 branches we mentor more than three thousand five hundred students every year for national level entrances. EduMentor is a counseling support partner to 200+ schools in Delhi.

    About the RoleIn this role, you will play a key part in supporting our clients and driving sales growth. You will be responsible to generate and nurture B2B relations with academic institutions (Schools/Coaching Classes) of Delhi and NCR.

    Responsibilities

    • Market EduMENTOR's educational products and services.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue for EduMENTOR branches.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with principals, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions.
    • Address client queries, providing solutions and guidance.
    • Establish rapport with prospective customers and convert them into clients.
    • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
    • Identify new customer segments and penetrate the education market.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Understand student and market needs, providing valuable feedback to the product development team.
    • Gather market intelligence and inform product development and improvement strategies.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and report to the head office.
