Experience /Qualifications

• A high caliber engineering graduate preferably with MBAor equivalent.
• 20 years of experience inOperations function from a world class company in the field of oiland gas sector (Completions and Cementing) concentrating onprecision machined parts manufacturing CKD & assemblies testingand validation.
• Departments Design QAMarketing & Sales complete Operations SCM Finance (dotted line)packing & dispatch.
• Should have indepthknowledge of CNC machining complete knowledge from Design toTesting.
• He / She should have a thoroughunderstanding of the drivers of the business and should havedemonstrated the ability to adapt and deliver in an aggressive andcompetitive environment.
• Sector knowledge andAPI 11D1 11AX 14L 5CTS Q1 subject knowledge and competence is amust.
• Should have hands on experience ofheading a unit for more than 5 years with a turnover of Rs. 125 to250 Crs.
• Should have worked in ISO 9001 ISO14001 ISO 45001 API certified companies.
• Should have worked on ERP platforms.
• Experience of implementing industry 4.0 is a must.

2. Responsible for departments like DesignManufacturing Engineering Production Management Lean ManufacturingSCM development Quality Management Change Management Assembly &Testing
3. Implementing best practices andIndustry 4.0
4. Responsible for plant Setup forCompletions and Cementing division Capex planning Plant &Machinery Line Layout machines & inspection equipmentinstallation and commissioning material handling planning runofftrials run at the rate Process capability & capacityestablishment with Lean Concept till testing and validation.
5. New product Development Machining costEstimation Feasibility study/ planning CNC Process planning cuttingtool & Machine selection Fixture designing & manufacturingGauges designing & Manufacturing Prototyping PPAP Processdocuments from Design to Testing & Validation.
6. Operational Excellence Hands on experience ofimplementing 5S Lean manufacturing Kaizen Kanban QCC SPC SMED VSMQMS EMSOHSAS.
7. Sound Knowledge ofProblemsolving tools like 7QC 8D productivity improvementtechniques
8. Responsible for developing keysupplier base for raw materials bought outs special process vendorsin and out of India
9. Responsible fordeveloping longterm strategies and sponsoring keyinitiatives.
10. Responsible for labor relationsand promoting high performance group.
11. Responsible for turning the company into a World ClassOrganization for systems and deliverables.
12. Responsible for high happiness coefficient index.
