    Through Corporate Banking our global network offers comprehensive support and services to businesses in the SME market. From expanding overseas to managing the cash and trade flows of an established enterprise, the Corporate Banking team of Relationship Managers and Product Specialists provides a range of end-to end solutions designed to help small and large businesses reach their potential.

    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join Corporate Banking team.

    Principal Responsibilities

  • To provide secretarial assistance to Country Head International Subsidiary Banking and West Head-Corporate Banking
  • To provide a full range support duties to the team or business, including operational and customer complaints as required, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • The role holder is expected to ensure they provide a high quality service to their internal and external customers, taking ownership and using their initiative to complete necessary tasks.
  • BCP Co-ordinator for CB team PAN India.
  • Processing Vendor Payments received Centrally and ensuring timely completion.
  • Co-ordinating Compliance Returns for team PAN India.
  • Ensuring regulatory requirements and compliance with FCC policies and procedures
  • To manage projects for regulatory submission and compliance.
  • To handle customer and regional queries pertaining to closure of account, to manage various projects such as pan remediation, debit card, excess monitoring.
  • Managing a team and working within a demanding environment, the roleholder is involved in the full spectrum of work and/or issues dealt with by their team. This role requires the jobholder to have a good knowledge and understanding of their business area and how it operates.
  • Desirable:

  • Thorough understanding of bank and departmental procedures, functions and activities
  • Experience of having worked in a Corporate environment
  • Good computer and IT skills, including all Microsoft packages
  • Requirements
  • University degree with at least 5-8 years' experience
  • Relevant experience working in an administrative role or team
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with experience of working under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability of using their initiative
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively
