    Job Title – Senior Sales Manager - Exports

    Ideal Candidate :

    Male, Age 30-35 years,

    10-15 years of experience with a minumum of 5 years experiece in Global Exports especially to the USA & Europe.

    Preferably an engineer with prior experience in sales of industrial products to international markets (including OE, Dealer and Direct sales).

    The candidate has to be dynamic and self-driven.

    Excellent in Business English communication

    A quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way by giving presentations and attending and exhibiting at networking events and trade shows.

    The individual is expected to travel frequently, have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals

    Compensation

    A well-structured induction program so that the candidate understands the company's operations, sales processes and product offerings

    This is a full-time role located in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work

    Salary scale INR 25++ Lacs per annum + variable component depending on the individual's contribution in new sales

    Other perks include PF, Family insurance, Per diem allowance during travel

    Candidate Location

    Candidates staying in Mumbai preferably in the Mumbai suburbs

    What we are looking for:

    Minimum 10 years' experience in international sales and business development, preferably in marine or similar industry or industrial technical products

    Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

    Preferable for the candidate to have an engineering degree

    Excellent knowledge of international markets – Europe, Americas. Middle East and Asia Pacific

    Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections

    Demonstrable experience in formulating and executing international sales strategies, and meeting sales targets
