HR Operations Specialist - ELC

You will be working as HR Operations Specialist – ELC for US Onboarding at global grade 15 and will be a part of Global Business Services (GBS), HR Delivery team based in Bangalore. you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Independently leading Pre and Post joining, onboarding process along with Pre-employment screening for new joiners
• Investigating discrepancies on a background and raising any issues to the senior associate and business within the team
• Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and overseeing accurate and timely processing of information with all ELCM stakeholders
• Partnering with different teams within HR to ensure a seamless process at transition points such as Relocation and VISA
• Candidate Experience Management: Providing best in class candidate experience through all candidate touchpoints
• Effectively communicating with the vendors, candidates and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality
• Ensuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) and preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes

Your background

• A bachelor's or master's degree in any stream with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations in a reputed organization
• Prior experience in HR Shared Services and Onboarding in a global organization will be advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
• Flexible to work in night shift (5:30PM to 2:30AM IST)
