    As a SVP, the incumbent will own the responsibility of Product Delivery / Implementation rollout for Payments, Trade & Finance, Liquidity & Cash Management products within delivery timeline, define profitability and cost budget. The Delivery Manager must have hands-on product implementations experience

    The Candidate will be responsible to manage the deliveries for these customers from different Geography through Project Directors (Project Directors are responsible to manage a set of customers which have some commonality. In certain cases, there will be an exclusive PD for a large project).

    Duties and Responsibilities

    An Individual along with implementation will also be responsible for customer satisfaction.

    Delivery of projects should be within timeline and budget.

    Define and manage business effective delivery process. He would be responsible for Customer Management across product delivery.

    Drive delivery excellence through proper planning, leadership and execution capabilities.

    Manage all internal and external senior stakeholders' involved.

    Ensure the project / program Management within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

    Leverage domain and technical expertise to set direction and drive project execution. Foresee and proactively address issues and dependencies.

    Bring in the best of the breed processes and set benchmarks that are the best in the industry

    Innovating and delivering products deliveries that differentiate us from competition. This will include new products as well as enhancements to existing products.

    Required Skills / Abilities

    Experienced and dynamic leader with 20+ years of relevant experience working with global clients and Tier 1/2 Banks and financial institutions.

    Proven ability to lead high performing teams and manage delivery of complex Product Implementations in a matrix global set-up.

    Experience of handling clients of multiple geographies

    Strong technology delivery capability, Commercial acumen and leadership from strategy alignment, solution design, program delivery to problem solving.

    Sound knowledge of the Payments, Trade & Finance, and Liquidity & Cash Management products domain would be a clear advantage.

    Execution and result orientation and Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision- making.

    Stay abreast of the latest technology and industry trends. Be the change agent to influence and drive transformation: e.g. DevOps, Cloud Native Applications and Agile development.

    Ability to influence & work with regional and global partners/stakeholders to drive the program forward.

    Ability to drive senior level discussions with excellent communication, presentation and articulation skills.

    B.Tech / B.E / MCA

    MBA would be an added advantage
