    Role andResponsibilities:
    As a Business DevelopmentManager you will be responsible for managing the complete salescycle in the assigned region. This includes identifying and meetingwith potential customers driving sales for specific productcategories across four verticals and developing strong associationswith key decisionmakers. You will also need to coordinateeffectively with the regional sales coordinator develop competitivestrategies and suggest innovative sales techniques to increasecustomer satisfaction. Additionally you will be required todemonstrate and deliver presentations for all product solutions andcoordinate with the Tender/GeM team for processing tenders andorders.

    CandidateQualifications:
    The ideal candidate shouldhave proven work experience in a senior sales role with a specificemphasis on government sales. Strong organizational skills aproblemsolving attitude and excellent communication skills areessential. Availability to travel as needed is also required.Previous experience in CCTV AV IT Furniture Automation SoftwareCloud Educational or Institutional industry ispreferred.
