    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Talent Acquisition.

    The ideal candidate will have an MBA in HR and at least 10 years of experience working with a TA Firm, although this is not mandatory.

    Key responsibilities include managing Talent Acquisition, Candidate Screening, Job Portals, Head Hunting, Employment Contracts, and Employee Referrals.

    A solid understanding of SAP HR Module and HRMS would be beneficial, but not essential.

    The successful candidate will be able to handle recruitment from supervisory to leadership roles.

    Responsibilities also include identifying future hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications, and selecting the right candidates for each role.

    To achieve these objectives, we require someone who can utilize and manage various sources, including agencies, job portals, and employee referrals.

    Preliminary interviews will be conducted to shortlist candidates for final interviews, followed by coordination of verification and formalities before joining.

    Offer letters and appointment letters will be issued to selected candidates, while induction and orientation programs will be organized.

    In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, implementing, and amending HR policies related to talent acquisition as needed.
