    Essential Job Functions:


    • Assist in the day-to-day delivery of assigned client accounts.
    • Support the Account Delivery Manager in ensuring efficient account operations.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and assist in meeting their goals.
    • Contribute to budget management and cost control for the accounts.
    • Assist in tracking key performance metrics and objectives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on account strategies.
    • Address account-related issues and escalate as needed.
    • Provide regular status updates on account performance.
    Basic Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
    • Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
    • Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership
    • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
    Other Qualifications:


    • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
    • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
