Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand our global membership base across diverse regions.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships to support our conferences and events.
• Generate revenue through ticket sales, speaker registrations, sponsorship fees, and other strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Passion for business development, marketing, or PR, preferably in an international context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This startup is just with a very small team and is now looking to expand its workforce from a mere 4 people to a larger team. Candidates will have to work from our small office in South Delhi.
