Job Descriptionfor SAP HCMPayroll:

Requirements:

Minimum of 89 years of experience in SAP HCM with S/4 HANAexpertise.

SAP HCM certification ismandatory.

Prior experience working onGovernment/PSU projects is required.

Willingnessto work from the clients location is essential.

Proficiency in SAP integration particularly with MM & FICOmodules.

Demonstrated experience in at least 45endtoend Indian implementations involving Payroll & TimeManagement.

Strong understanding and exposure toWRICEF objects and F.S creation.

Excellentproficiency in both English and Hindicommunication.

Familiarity with thirdpartyintegrations with SAP HCM such as Biometrics.

Indepth knowledge of Indian Payroll regulations and statutoryrequirements.

Flexibility to work from theoffice as needed.

TechnicalSkills:

Proficient in configuringPCR (Personnel Calculation Rules).

Expertise inconfiguring payroll tables.

Understanding ofwage type characteristics including Processing and Cumulationclasses.

Experience in configuring payrollpostings.

Knowledge of statutoryInfotypes.

Ability to configurepayslips.

Proficiency in generating statutoryreports.
