Position Overview:

NewVision has an existing Microsoft Practice that delivers cutting edge technical solutions and services to our clients leveraging the Microsoft technology stack. This practice covers Platform and Product Engineering on Azure – Microsoft stack. Services include Custom App development, Application Support and related DevOps. The practice is 150 associate strong with plans to grow significantly in the coming years.

Key Responsibilities:

Define Technical strategy and Go to Market for the Microsoft Practice

• Leverage your experience, partnership with Microsoft and view of future industry trends to define the technical strategy for the practice
• Work with marketing to define the offerings and take it to market
• Create assets that include POC, frameworks, accelerators to create our differentiated positioning in the market
• Manage Microsoft Partnership, Represent NewVision in industry forums and build a brand
• Work with marketing to Track and monitor our go to market plan and course correct as needed

Consultative Solutioning:

• Engage with existing clients in a consultative manner to understand their business needs and provide strategic technological solutions.
• Lead the Presales Solutioning in crafting relevant proposals for prospects, drawing on your extensive experience with international customers.
• Mentor the solutioning team and build capabilities in technical consulting

Team Building

• Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent
• Cultivate a high-performance culture with strong engineering focus
• Drive technical aspirations within the teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Review and transform existing engagements

• Review current customer engagements
• Explore opportunities to transform them, create a plan and get buy-in from the customers
• Monitor the progress and mentor team to deliver transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, ideally heading a CoE or practice.
• Hands-on , In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Azure, Dot Net Core, front end technologies, modern frameworks , cloud-native architectures and modernization.
• Exposure to Data, Analytics and DevOps
• Demonstrated ability in presales solutioning, consulting and client engagement.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills
• 15 + years of experience in IT Consulting and Services.
