Be
part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific
performance within Honeywell. You will partner with world class engineering's
and leaders to identify & implement cost improvement opportunities at
commodity level, product level & site level by conducting workshop in
partnership with cross functional teams & suppliers.

Key
Job Responsibilities

Lead BAE(Business Alliance Events)
Create BAE Calendar by understand business dynamics & needs
Set targets & lay the ground rules for the events
Have a focused execution by partner with global stakeholders (engineering, sourcing, and offering mgmt)
Lead & manage projects from start to end
Develop close loop process to track, monitor & close projects systematically
Develop Cadence to connect with cross functional teams to implement opportunities identified
Create specific action plans
Develop Trackers & Dashboards for updating the progress
Demonstrate strong Project management skills (influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution.

Basic Qualifications & Desired Skills

Enhance customer relationships
BE/BTech/ME/MTech - Mechanical or Electronics or Equivalent
Years of professional experience in project management
Exposure to tear down, should cost process and competitive benchmarking requirements
Practical experience in analyzing & troubleshooting design/manufacturing issues
Fluent in Microsoft office suit
Good understanding on Design and manufacturing process of mechanical. electrical ,electronics and electromechanical parts
Good knowledge of Product Design and cost out techniques (Value engineering, Cost engineering, Value addition, TRIZ) for E&E parts/assemblies.
Demonstrated Earned Value Management skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and influencing skills across various functional
Self-Initiated, Results oriented with successful record of accomplishments
Commercial/Business acumen to understand techno-commercial aspects
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
