Droom is seeking a Corporate Development and Investor Relations professional with an exceptional pedigree to join our dynamic team.

This role will involve collaborating closely with the founder to support capital raising activities, strategic initiatives, and investor relations efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in finance or consulting, with strong financial modelling and valuation skills.

Additionally, candidates with an MBA from Ivy League colleges such as IIMs, ISB, or similar prestigious institutions, with a focus on finance with a scholar profile, are highly encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication, analytical mindset, and domain knowledge in ECommerce, automobile, and tech sectors are essential.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Perform valuation analysis to assess business opportunities and investments.
• Support due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, partnerships, or investments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams to support corporate development initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and market trends to inform strategic Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA from Ivy League colleges such as IIMs, ISB, or similar prestigious institutions preferred.
• 26 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, big four, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Relationshipbuilding and networking abilities.
• Domain knowledge in E-Commerce, marketplaces, automobile, SaaS, tech

products/solutions, consumer tech.
