- Designing and developing highly scalable, reliable and fault-tolerant backend & frontend architectures & applications for the company.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mobile, DevOps, Data, UX, QA, etc.) on planning and execution and work towards tackling complex issues.

- Perform code reviews and advocate better practices for software engineering by mentoring and encouraging others around you to build a quality product.

Requirements: - Experience working in a start-up tech environment or is very keen to do so, have an entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.
- Experience across the full JavaScript technology stack with NodeJs on the backend (also consider Java or Python) and ReactJs on the frontend.
- Experience in a leadership role with excellent project planning and a delivery focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong problem-solving skills, algorithmic skills, and data structures experience.
- Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services in Monolith & Microservice both the architectures.
- Data modelling experience in both Relational and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to understand and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- Experience in troubleshooting server performance memory issues, GC tuning, resource leaks, etc.
- Ability to scope, review and refine user stories for technical completeness and to alleviate dependency risks.
- Experience in versioning systems like GitHub, SVN, gitlab etc.
- Knowledge on Node server, Socket connections, and mechanisms to handle real-time async data would be a plus.
- Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
