1Should have min 04 years experience in Direct sales /Institutionalsales
2Should be able to interact with high profileclients.
3Should be able to work on multiple projects at any given point oftime
4 Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills
5 Coldcallers have to bedone
6Maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral
7Identifying salesopportunities.
8Talk to customers and Followup the Leads converting the leads intosales.
9Following up with customers and meeting salestargets.
10Communicating courteously with customers over thephone.
11Prior experience in any marketing selling real estate is aplus.
12Updating customerdetails.
13Closing salesdeals.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Field salesexecutive or relevantrole.
Proficiency in Tamil.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiatingtechniques.
