    Description

    Purpose:


    The role holder will play the role of 'brand custodian', maintain brand integrity acrossthe business and marketing initiatives and communications.

    He/She will plan, implement and monitor all Brand Marketing, Designing Brand Guidelines, Creative Conceptualization, End-to-End Campaign Planning, Social Media Marketing and Calendar planning.


    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Create highquality marketing campaign messaging that drives Kangaroo Kids enrolments and franchise signups
    • Develop the brand positioning, messaging and visual identity.
    • Leading & managing a creative agency to develop and execute marketing collaterals
    • Ideate, plan, and execute effective gotomarket media and rollout plans for campaign communication to the target audience
    • Work with the PR agency to develop & execute a PR plan that will help the brand reach its target audience
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights, and feedback, curate content, and obtain approvals.
    • Work with the social media manager to implement social media marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, generate leads, and stay uptodate with audience preferences
    • Lead competitor analysis and develops strategies to improve brand positioning and messaging
    • Track the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.

    Ideal Candidate profile:

    • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
    • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Individual Role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Word, Excel, Powerpoint

    Desirable qualifications/skills:

    • PG/ MBA in Marketing
    • Knowledge of Website/UI-UX
    • Knowledge of digital marketing
    • Experience working with ChatBot and designing Chatbot Journeys
    • Proficiency with Google Analytics
