1. Identifying the concerned person, point of contact, decision makers in the customer
organizations through following activities
a. Site / Office Visit
b. Cold calling
c. Emailing
d. LinkedIn/Internet search
e. Social Media
f. others
2. Market Research Identifying sectors and companies in those sectors who can be our
potential clients. (Internet/ Exhibition magazines/ References). Data Sourcing.
3. Creation and maintenance of the database.
4. Sending an introduction letter and company profile to the potential customer
organizations.
5. Meeting with Potential client at his office / factory / site.
6. Understand the application/requirement in detail by visiting the site and create a requirement document of each lead.
7. Technical / Concept pitching to potential client team.
8. Coordinating with the Technical Team on fine tuning the offering based on detailed understanding of the application.
9. Providing Quotation to the client.
10. Follow up and Negotiations with client.
11. Deal Closure or Feedback on why the deal could not be done.
12. Coordinating with the service team to ensure provision of services as per commitment
given.
13. Visiting client site to provide demo/ collect samples etc.
14. Coordinating with the accounts team on vendor registration, Invoices etc.
15. Collection of payment.
16. Taking feedback on our products and services.
17. Weekly planning.
18. Weekly submission of reports.
19. Real time updating of CRM.

1. Google Workspace. Docs / Sheets / Slides
2. Microsoft Office. Word / Excel / Powerpoint
