Hiring for an Account Manager for Flipkart marketplace business.

Note: It's an off-roll position

Salary: 9-12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with central & category teams on projecting and closing the monthly, quarterly and yearly demand plans for marketplace
2. Track & drive daily sales across portfolios and be the custodian of sales target, highlighting and driving solutions for issues throughout the month
3. Drive seller discounting, customer offers, marketing, serviceability and other input metrics required to meet the plans through the sales team
4. Develop deep business understanding & intelligence across workstreams and identify growth opportunities
5. Track the e-commerce/offline markets around the world on the key trends and opportunities

Key Requirements:

1. Strong problem solving, structural and analytical skills
2. Self-driven with Bias for Action
3. Excellent handle on data (Excel is Mandatory, SQL, Adobe Omniture/Google Analytics good to have)
4. Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and bring clarity
5. Excellent stakeholder management skills
6. Ability to identify business opportunities by working closely with category teams and on ground sales team

Qualification:

3+ Years of experience in relevant role.

Prior experience in an e-commerce environment preferred.

Prior experience in marketplace model preferred
