- Work with central & category teams on projecting and closing the monthly, quarterly and yearly demand plans for marketplace
- Track & drive daily sales across portfolios and be the custodian of sales target, highlighting and driving solutions for issues throughout the month
- Drive seller discounting, customer offers, marketing, serviceability and other input metrics required to meet the plans through the sales team
- Develop deep business understanding & intelligence across workstreams and identify growth opportunities
- Track the e-commerce/offline markets around the world on the key trends and opportunities
- Strong problem solving, structural and analytical skills
- Self-driven with Bias for Action
- Excellent handle on data (Excel is Mandatory, SQL, Adobe Omniture/Google Analytics good to have)
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and bring clarity
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities by working closely with category teams and on ground sales team
