    Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter

    Experience: 2 – 4 years Location: KPHB, Hyderabad Shift: US Shift (EST hours – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST) Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled US Non-IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for non-IT roles such as healthcare, clinical research, accounting, finance, logistics, and administrative positions for clients across the United States.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based Non-IT roles.
    • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
    • Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
    • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
    • Ensure compliance with US employment regulations.
    • Maintain accurate documentation using ATS tools and internal systems.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 2 to 4 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
    • Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, employment types, and visa classifications.
    • Experience hiring in domains such as healthcare, pharma, finance, logistics, or admin.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple open positions.
    • Comfortable working in US EST night shift.

    Preferred:

    • Experience with VMS and ATS platforms.
    • Prior exposure to working with direct clients or MSPs.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
