    Role Purpose

    To manage Automation and Analytics

    Key Accountability

    Should have managed Automations in processes with recommendations of automating manual transactions in the process
    Should collaborate with IT, Product set up, Product design, Actuary, Finance etc teams to get a complete 360 degree view and end to end closures of automating any process transaction or projects
    Ensure delivery of product development, automation of manual transactions in the process, audit related closures within timelines committed, regulatory impacting automations etc
    Requirement gathering before initiating projects/ automations
    Raising BRS and ensuring all aspects of product and covered end to end
    Making Test strategy,Test case design,Functional testing,Manual testing,Quality assurance, Blackbox
    testing, Sanity testing, Regression testing
    Anticipate future requirements if any from stakeholders and design/ develop/ recommend solutions
    Monitor the implementation of established action plans
    Having a good and strong abitity of Critical thinking and analytical bent
    Good at presentations and data analytics
    Develop and present strategies, insights through analysis which will drive better delivery for business
    Good at data managemt, run analytics on large data
    Design and build technical data to address business impacting issues
    Ensure accuracy of data and delivery
    Assist the business areas with developing a remediation action plan for issues identified
    Lifeasia , Group Asia (insurance policy admin system) would be preferred
    Ability to work within and across teams to develop strong relationships with subordinates, peers, and senior managers to accomplish goals in a timely manner
    Strong MS excel, BO and MS access knowledge
    Liaising with stakeholders where necessary
    Ensure timely, speedier and accurate delivery
    Ensuring attainment of quality at all times (self and team)
    Training staff on organizational policies and ensuring that procedures are followed at all times
    Educational Qualification : Graduate, Pharma, PG, IT
