- Responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions.
- Responsible for communicating with Hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Responsible for writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
- Responsible for screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Responsible for arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Responsible for presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
- Responsible for offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
- Responsible for keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
- Responsible for negotiating with the selected candidates on the Salary.
- Responsible for handling a team of recruiters to carry out the task and meet the deadlines of the team
- Responsible for effective screening and interviewing/evaluation to hire the right candidate as per the requirement.
- Responsible for hiring PAN India but the Onsite location will remain Mohali, Punjab .
- Must have a relevant degree in Human Resource Management.
- Must have a good understanding of technology and technical skills of IT and Non -IT industry.
- Must have a relevant experience in recruitment processes and platforms of 3+ years.
- Must have good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Must have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must have negotiation skills.
