    Key Responsibilities

  • Carries the business target for your set of agencies
  •  Deliver business growth as per aligned targets. Joint Business Planning across Businesses with an agreed partnership vision. Quarterly Reviews with the senior most Agency Leadership. Monthly Reviews with key Agency Stakeholders. Build relations with key decision makers to enable efficiency in closing conversations.
  • Disney+ Hotstar Evangelist
  •  Is able to drive innovation and charter new paths leveraging Hotstar offerings. Is able to identity macro opportunities and address it with 3P researches, internal data to create compelling case for Disney+ Hotstar. Is able to input with insights from clients/agencies to shape internal content and adtech agenda. Is able to participate in industry events and shape Disney+ Hotstar narrative in public platforms. In this role, you will work closely with the internal sales strategy team, internal agency team for conceptualization & execution of long-term deals for your accounts.

  • Understanding of Media Agency's way of working/ principles / consultative selling will be an added advantage
  • Should be both a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets

  • Should have worked with leading media agencies
  • Preferred Education & Experience

  • 12 to 14 years of experience in digital media agency / digital ad sales/ consumer internet industry with working experience in the agency eco-system
  • Preferably a Post Graduate in Business Administration
