    and Responsibilities
  • Minimum 8 years experience as a functional analyst for SAP HCM
  • Knowledge of customizing of Payroll, Time management, Benefits, Finance Integration and all HCM related activities. Senior level time evaluation skills required.
  • To Carry out support activities related to HR Payroll (Canada) including knowledge of tax calculations.
  • Ability to analyze and modify payroll/time schemas and rules
  • Translating stakeholder requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications use cases, workflow/process diagrams.
  • Analyzing business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and/or required functional enhancements, and documenting business processes and procedures.
  • Translating business needs into clear requirements that will enable the design of flexible solutions to enable business strategies and align with IT architecture direction.
  • Providing deep functional expertise of system capabilities.
  • Articulating functionality of systems to business and IT teams at various levels.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Additional skills and requirements

  • Experience working in a shared model with multiple other teams
  • Experience in supporting HR/payroll service outsourcing
  • ABAP experience
  • EC/SFSF experience
  • Experience in the full implementation cycle
  • Required Education

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
