We are urgently hiring Business Development Manager position for one of our leading client based in Pune location.

Designation: Manager - Business Development (Security Manpower)

CTC : Upto 4.50 /LPA or Negotiable for the right candidate

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 Years of Experience

Location : Shivaji Nagar,Pune

Education: Must be Graduate

Age Bracket : 30-40 Yrs

Job Description :

Must have experience in sales of manpower security.

Generate leads and pitch clients for security manpower services (Security guards).

Must have a go getter attitude.

Must be able to deal with various types of clients.

Ability to make decisions as per the need of the hour.

Should have thorough knowledge about the security manpower industry.

Must be capable of using his/ her skills and expertise for the growth fo business.

Must be capable of handling team queries and directing the team in an appropriate manner for the purpose of business.

Note:-

The candidate would be from Security Industry would be preferable.
