    Position Overview:

    As the Showroom Manager, you will be the face of Lovely Bake Studio, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail management, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.

    · Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

    · Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere in the showroom to enhance the customer experience and encourage repeat business.

    · Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

    · Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

    · Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.

    · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

    · Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

    · Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and initiatives to drive traffic to the showroom.

    · Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

    · Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of success in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

    · Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.

    · Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems.
