    Role andResponsibilities:
    The Senior ExecutiveSales Operations will play a crucial role in managing andoptimizing sales operations to drive revenue growth. The keyresponsibilities include:
    • Owning regularreporting of key performance metrics including forecasting funnelmetrics and pipeline management.
    • Implementingand managing sales forecasting planning and budgeting processes andestablishing high levels of quality accuracy and processconsistency.
    • Maintaining and presentingdocumentation including rules of engagement pricing and processmaps to ensure adherence to internalpolicies.
    • Aligning processes and systemsbetween teams to ensure dataintegrity.
    • Training and enabling newhires andproviding ongoing enablement to internal stakeholders on internalCRM systems and enablement tools.
    • DrivingWeekly commit cadence and leadershipforecasts.
    • Owning sales order form verificationand BOMalignment.
    CandidateQualifications:
    The ideal candidate shouldpossess:
    • 47 years of experience with at least 3years in B2B SaaS/software sales in Sales or revenueoperations.
    • Previous experience as a part ofSales or Revenue operations team.
    • Stronginfluential skills to work with crossfunctionalteams.
    • A degree in finance (MBA finance or CA)Nice to have.
