The Quality Control Manager will oversee and implement quality assurance protocols and ensure compliance with food safety and industry standards.
Daily tasks include conducting quality assessments, overseeing production processes, monitoring adherence to HACCP guidelines, and ensuring implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices.
The role entails preparing reports, identifying and addressing quality-related issues, and coordinating with various teams to maintain exceptional product standards.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, Gujarat.Qualifications
Strong knowledge and application of Quality Control standards, Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP
Experience in conducting quality audits, assessing production processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for quality assurance
Leadership skills to manage a quality control team and collaborate with other operational departments
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills
Educational background in Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field
Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in quality assurance
