    Associate Director, Digital Transformation - Supply Chain

    About the role:
    Individual will anchor the Digital Product roadmap and Adoption for Supply Chain starting with the Delivery Function.

    Member to wear a Business Hat, use their Technical expertise to add value and own the business outcome delivery along with the Product.

    What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?


    As the Associate Director for Digital Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations by driving digital transformation initiatives.

    In this leadership position, you will be responsible for executing strategies that leverage digital technologies to optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.


    Financial Outcomes:

    • Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in logistics workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Define MVP that maximizes the value to the Business and the end Consumer to deliver on operational efficiencies.

    Customer Service:

    • Build and maintain strong business partner relationships with consistent, proactive and thorough communications
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on FMCG operations, and lead the adoption of appropriate digital tools and solutions to improve efficiency and agility.

    Internal Processes:

    • Lead the design and implementation of digital tools to enhance realtime tracking, inventory management, and supply chain visibility
    • Identify Value partners and the Products (Tech / Software) to integrate in the existing ecosystem.

    Innovation and Learning:

    • Work with the Business functions, understand the opportunities, question the status quo and convert opportunities to Product (Tech / Software) functionalities.
    • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to extract meaningful insights
    • Ensure Training, Adoption and Knowledge management for the Business Product.
