We're seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Service & Support Executive to join our dynamic team

About the Role:

In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical expertise and after-sales support for our specialty cleaning chemicals used by automobile metal component manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding our cleaning chemicals and their application processes.
• Conduct on-site visits (if required) to understand customer challenges and recommend optimal solutions.
• Analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions to ensure efficient cleaning processes.
• Sales Support:Generate sales leads by identifying potential customers within the automobile metal component manufacturing industry.
• Assist the sales team with technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Participate in technical discussions with customers to address concerns and highlight product benefits.
• Documentation & Analysis:Prepare comprehensive technical reports and notes detailing customer interactions, challenges, and solutions implemented.
• Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement in product application and support processes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in providing technical support and application knowledge of specialty cleaning chemicals for the automotive metal components manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of chemical principles and their application in industrial cleaning processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in technical writing and report generation.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable motorbike for transportation (field visits).

We Offer:

• Competitive salary of Rs. 25,000 per month (inclusive of Rs. 2,000 compensation).
• Probation Period: The first 3 months of your employment will be considered a probationary period.
• 5 days of technical training.
