FARE Labs Pvt Ltd, Gurugram, is searching for an experienced person for the position of Senior Digital Marketing Manager. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with Company's business's needs and goals.

Responsibilities include:

Creating marketing campaigns: Developing plans for different digital media, such as web, email, social media, and display advertising.

Implementing campaigns: Leading the execution of campaigns, including media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimization, and data and analytics.

Monitoring campaigns: Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and making improvements.

Presenting reports: Creating and presenting monthly reports on team performance to seniors.

Managing digital advertising: Managing search and display channels, such as PPC, programmatic display, and retargeting social campaign.

Leading status sessions: Leading weekly status and working sessions with agency partners to ensure plans and KPIs are being met.

Providing ideas: Offering ideas to improve marketing results.

Staying up to date: Keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Education and Experience: At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, post graduation from a top B School, and a proven record of successful campaigns. He/she should also have strong leadership skills and knowledge of digital marketing to develop strategies, manage people, and lead them.

Salary: As per industry norms.
