    Description
    • Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and how our product can enhance their day-to-day operations. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction with our product offerings.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, management, and data analysts to gather and prioritise product requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team.
    • Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's goals. Design product features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and market research.
    • Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Work closely with the development team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
    • Implement mechanisms for collecting feedback from users and stakeholders. Use feedback to inform product iteration and continuous improvement.
    • Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and progress.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years' experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data operations and analytics products.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and effectively gather and prioritise requirements.
    • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading products from concept to launch.
    • Strong understanding of product design principles and methodologies, with the ability to translate user and business needs into compelling product features and enhancements
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Deep understanding of data analytics, software development processes, and agile methodologies.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively solve problems.
