What you do

· Support the project team in the daily activities acting as a SCRUM Master.

· Ensure the removal of various impediments organizational, work environmental or mindset related) to protect the team's progress and acts as its servant leader.

· Coach the team in self-organization, cross functionality and Agile methodologies.

· Help the team to create high value and high-quality products.

· Create an open-minded working environment and encourage the team to continuously improve cooperation and collaboration.

· Consult with the Product Owner in arranging the Product Backlog to maximize value.

· Lead and coach the respective teams in its Scrum adoption.

· Collaborate with other Scrum Masters.

· Oversee the release sprints and ensure the planned functionality is released within the defined sprint.

· Organize and facilitate the SCRUM ceremonies: Stand ups, Refinement Sessions, Planning sessions, Reviews and Retrospectives.

What you bring

· An Agile mind-set and a wide variety of Agile tools, methods and knowledge.

· Critical Thinking generated by observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, and communication.

· Qualification or corresponding professional experience in IT (at least 4 years in project management or ITSM processes).

· Work experience of 7+ years as Scrum Master

· Good understanding of SuccessFactors technology is a plus.

· Affinity with numbers and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

· Experience with international project or (offshore) cooperation.

· Proficiency in Office 365 and Service Management tools.

· Pronounced commitment and flexibility, assertiveness, goal and team orientation as well as independent work, personal responsibility, initiative, persuasiveness and negotiation skills.
