JobResponsibilities:

• Planand execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM marketingdatabase email social media and display advertisingcampaigns.
• Manage and optimize paid advertisingcampaigns across various platforms (Google Ads Bing Adsetc.).
• Analyze and report on the performance ofSEM campaigns making datadriven recommendations forimprovement.
• Brainstorm new and creative growthstrategies Plan execute and measure experiments and conversiontests.
• Collaborate with internal teams tocreate landing pages and optimize userexperience.
• Utilize strong analytical abilityto evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channelsand customer touch points.
• Team managementexperience handling a Team of 45members.
• Willingness to travel on field tocapture onsite content and engage with targetaudiences.

JobRequirements:

• Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Digital Marketing or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience in SEO/SEM with atrack record of successful campaigns.
• Strongunderstanding of digital marketing trends and bestpractices.
• Candidates with 1 or 2 yearsexperience in video and editing can apply.
• Proficiency in photography and videoproduction with knowledge of editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
• Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Willingness to travel for onfieldcontentcreation.
