    Job Description:

    We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Resort Manager to lead our team and ensure the seamless operation of Jasmine's Cottage Luxury Resort. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of 6-8 years in luxury hospitality management, ideally with experience in renowned hotel brands like JW Marriott, Hilton, or Oberoi Hotels, and a degree from a top-tier hospitality school.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Guest Experience Excellence: Drive a culture of excellence in guest service, ensuring every guest receives personalized attention and an unforgettable experience from arrival to departure.
    2. Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security, to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with brand standards.
    3. Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning.
    4. Financial Management: Manage resort finances, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and cost control initiatives, to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
    5. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance measures, conducting regular inspections and audits to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.
    6. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase occupancy, and enhance brand visibility.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field from a top-tier hospitality school.
    2. 6-8 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel or resort management, preferably with a renowned hospitality brand like JW Marriott, Hilton, or Oberoi Hotels.
    3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
    4. Strong business acumen, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving financial targets, and optimizing operational performance.
    5. Required to stay at the property 24x7.
