Inviting applications for the role of Manager/ Sr. Manager - Liquidation Execution (Retail Analytics)

As the Liquidation Execution Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing promotional and liquidation execution in stores to optimize inventory levels, drive sales, and maximize lifetime margin.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate liquidation efforts, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• inventory levels and sales performance to identify opportunities for optimization and modify liquidation execution as needed.
• and implement processes and procedures for the efficient execution of liquidation strategies in coordination with supply chain, Marketing, and sales team.
• relationships with liquidation vendors and negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
• regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of liquidation activities, including sell-through rates, recovery value, and liquidation costs.
• compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, throughout the liquidation process.
• maintains, reviews, and improves the SLAs, critical metrics and other Business and Customer Metrics in line with our business strategies.
• and maintain documentation and records related to liquidation activities, including inventory lists, sales reports, and financial records.
• team is trained on all corporate/process and skill-based trainings and knowledge retention and improvement in the team

• the monthly governance meeting with the clients, process leader and maintains a strong client relationship with the key stakeholders
• continuous improvement, Process optimization, implement process standardization, simplification, and automation to enable efficient and effective delivery of Liquidation execution capabilities.
• coach, and develop a team of Members aimed at delivering highly productive processes and programs.
• management: To observe, assess & record Team member performance on key metrics and leverage this data for pay & hike recommendations.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• in inventory management, retail operations, or related roles, with a focus on liquidation activities.
