The ideal candidate will have an experience in the field of Design Thinking which demonstrates their passion for Human centered design. This candidate will have experiences in working with diverse design challenges and solving wicked problems using Design Thinking approach. The candidate should have also facilitated teams in applying Design Thinking to solve the work problems. Experience with delivering training programs is a must.

Responsibilities

• Co-create design / consulting solutions with the clients to address their needs
• Design and facilitate customized learning programs
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience with 2-4 years of being a Design Thinking practitioner
• Masters or equivalent degree (Business, Design, Technology) with Design Thinking certification from a reputed institute
• Agile methodology experience / certification will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, concepts, and strategic thinking
• Should be able to demonstrate a design mindset
