    Objective As a Senior OperationsAssociate objective is to lead crossfunctional teams implement bestpractices and develop innovative solutions that improve operationalperformance and contribute to the achievement of strategic businessgoals.
    Aboutthe role The SeniorOperations Associate plays a key role in ensuring the smooth andefficient functioning of operational processes within theorganization. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing variousaspects of operations including workflow management processimprovement and team coordination. This role requires strongorganizational skills attention to detail and the ability toeffectively communicate with crossfunctionalteams
    Knowledge
    • Must understand themarket they are operating in.
    • Must have indepth product knowledge and the benefits it offers tocustomers.
    • Should have good understanding ofthe organizations policies and processes related to customer andpartner.
    • Should have good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office suite and other similar productivitytools.
    • Should have a fair understanding thetechnology landscape.
    • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Operations Management or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in operationsmanagement or a similar role preferably in a relevantindustry.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
    • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
    • Effective communicationand interpersonalskills.
