    Key Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
    • Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, forms, and reports.
    • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and middleware.
    • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure quality and reliability of developed solutions.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications and configurations.
    • Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and best practices to continually optimize platform usage.
    • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
    • Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
    • Participate in crossfunctional projects and initiatives as needed, providing technical expertise and guidance.

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including handson experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting, and customization.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
    • Experience with ServiceNow APIs, web services, and integration techniques.
    • Solid understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
