Roles and responsibilities for MIS Data Analyst

Coordinate closely with sales team by managing schedules communicating relevant information

Ensure the accuracy of data, reports and metrics for sales and our care managers team

Generate and share timely report with the leadership team to ensure key metrics are closely tracked

Handle the processing of all sales leads with accuracy and timeliness

Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

Ensure adherence to policies

Assist in onboarding and training of new employees

Ensuring that all sales documentation is always up to date

Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material

Coordinate between external vendors to ensure that Sales are being processed and closely tracked as per the compliance requirements

Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing and queries are handled efficiently.

Developing and maintaining systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

Ideal qualifications

Expertise or prior work experience in data analysis using MS Excel (eg. Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc)

Prior work experience as a sales coordinator/analyst

Experience of working with Sales crm tools (eg. Zoho CRM, Leadsquare, etc) is preferred

Must have prior experience in handling E-commerce website & enablers such as Shiprocket, Flipkart, Amazon Seller Central, etc.

Experience of creating analytics dashboards/reports using data visualisation tools
