    We are hiring a SR International Customer Support Executive to join our team at FRUGE IT SERVICES. As a SR International Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our international clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in international customer support or a similar role
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexible to work night shifts and rotational shifts
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification
    • Familiarity with CRM software
    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
