Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Executive located in Port Blair. The Learning and Development Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing human resources. Additionally, the role involves creating and delivering training programs, assessing employee development needs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
