Job Location – Hybrid / Remote

Software Development Engineer in Testing (SDET) 7 to 12 years of experience.

Brief Description of Job Role: The role involves understanding the leading Application Security tool – HCL AppScan with the primary objective of testing its offerings and integrations to identify any flaws in the existing or new features, alongside a sustained contribution toward developing automation test coverage.

Skills Required (Mandatory):

• Software Development Engineer in Testing (SDET)
• Working experience with any programming language.
• Working knowledge of Test automation frameworks
• Expertise in testing Web applications & REST APIs
• Strong Analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Tools like Git and Jira
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge in DevSecOps.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with the development team to understand the requirements.
• Understand the features and functionality of the product and relate to how customers use it.
• Devise scenarios for testing the various features and functionality.
• Develop test automation for the product.
• Perform functional and Regression testing – manual and automation.

Education:

• Must be a Graduate, Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or Master of Computer Science.
