    • Outstanding sales abilities and the ability to interact with customers.
    • Good working knowledge of real estate brokers & builders and their business responsibilities.
    • Create a network of builders, and real estate agents and Qualify lead from marketing as sales opportunities.
    • Present our company to potential clients and will be responsible for generating net sales and new revenues.
    • Responsible for key account relationships with key customers in the region.
    • Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs.
    • Overall responsibility for sales/sales targets to maximize revenue and meet targets.
    • Understanding property requirements of prospects through emails or phone.
    • Regular coordination with builders/brokers and maintaining healthy relationships with them.
    • This would be a field job, a 2-wheeler is mandatory.
