Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage the right affiliates and partners for DaMENSCH. Establish a

systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.

• Plan and implement overall partnerships and affiliate strategies to boost user acquisition and

drive revenue.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, product development,

and legal, to ensure successful partnership implementation and execution.

• Track, measure, and optimize the performance of affiliates and partners; make reports

regularly and give feedback.

• Keep updated with industry trends and do competitor analysis.

• Support other work of the marketing team.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Affiliate/Partnership marketing experience in the D2C fashion industry

• Proven track record of driving growth and revenue with partners and affiliate programs

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with affiliate tracking tools
