- Document, and implement sales compliance processes, policies, and procedures
- Conduct product training for sales teams, ensuring a clear understanding of the product(s)
- Allocation of leads and scoring of the leads to various Sales teams
- Monitoring the Sales productivity. Planning and Forecasting Sales Revenue for all the Sales Channels and monitoring the adherence to Forecasted Revenue
