JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibilities

A Training Manager shall be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs of students across various Departments of the University, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods.

• Meet and Coordinate with various Department Heads and Faculty
• Preparing plans for students, Training for Campus Placements for Aptitude Training, Soft skills and Technical Training
• Planning and conducting Assessments
• Work upon timetable and Lecture loads of the team
• Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
• Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
• Deploying a wide variety of training methods

Qualifications:

• Good Managerial Skills
• Fluent Communication
• Multitasking
• Team Handling
